Those who are long-term medically disabled are eligible to receive a 15% discount on full-price retail orders. And if you sign up for "Easy Order", you will receive an additional 5% discount and home delivery (shipping rates apply) for a total of 20% discount!!
To apply, please email a document from a government agency such as an SSDI form that shows you are currently receiving disability benefits to contact@beelinelife.com.
We do not accept Medicaid for this program. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your request. Valid for full price retail orders online.
